This exercise will work your inner arms, the biceps.
Grab the handles with the back of your hand facing downwards and keep your elbows close to your body.
Pull the handle to your shoulders, preferably without moving the location of your elbows, and extend your arms until they are almost in a straight position.
Keep a firm straight wrist.
All exercise machines with weight plates can be adjusted to desired resistance using the yellow pin.
