This exercise work your middle stomach muscles.
Grab the handles and crunch by pulling your elbows towards your knees.
Muscles in the side of your stomach can be worked if the seat is twisted. Use this function by pressing on the yellow button under the seat. Remember to work both sides equally.
All exercise machines with weight plates can be adjusted to desired resistance using the yellow pin.
