This exercise machine will work on your legs and buttock.
Your starting position: First place your feet on the plate with horizontal lower legs. Next pull the yellow handle to slide the chair into vertical thighs, so that knees has a right angle. Heels should be in hip height.
Bend your legs in a controlled movement. Your extended legs should be with slightly bended knees, withholding the pressure with muscles to avoid a knee lock-out.
Keep a firm contact with the seat by pulling in the handles.
All exercise machines with weight plates can be adjusted to desired resistance using the yellow pin.
