Effective Training in Loops


We have tailored a fitness climate that allows you to exercise easy, fast, but effective. How is this possible?


Here your workout will be based on the scientifically appraised method; High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Decades of knowledge and experience within the world of fitness has proven HIIT to create outstanding results. We have created workout circles for this purpose, or loops, if you may.


A loop consists of the necessary equipment organized in a circle. 16 exercise machines are hand-picked and appropriately positioned to give you an ideal full-body program, combining cardio- and resistance training. Our experts recommend you to complete two loops of 12 minutes, with every visit. Even though the program is fast and easy to use, completion will require thorough dedication. Your dedication mixed with our expertise will get you the best results.





A Casual Atmosphere


Even though our HIIT program requires headstrong commitment from our visitors, we have made an effort to create an easy-going atmosphere.


It is important to us that all types of people feel welcome. As we always recommend you to push through two whole loops in each workout session, this can still be adapted to any physical capabilities and of any age. Loop Fitness is well-suited for both newcomers who wish to add a healthy habit in their daily lives, or advanced athletes that might be concerned with supplementing a primary sport. We arrange woman-only loops, mixed gender loops, as well as kids-only loops, to create the most comfortable experience for every type of crowd.


We will always offer a cup of tea or coffee, either to prepare you for training,or as a well-deserved reward after your program.
