Admissions Criteria
As part of our enrolment process, students applying for Early Years are asked to attend half a day observation. ISA welcomes all new students to enter the school in Early Years without making any specific demands on the students' English or Chinese level.
Students applying for Primary School (Y1-Y5) and Middle School (Y6-Y9) are asked to attend an observation day. Students'English, Mathematics, and Chinese levels are tested to ensure a reasonable level of proficiency for their age group. The school reserves the right to postpone admission if a class is full. In this case, the applicant is placed on a waiting list. Once accepted, students may be admitted at any time during the academic year, unless the timing affects the completion of their courses or the class is full.
