Once an offer of a place is made, the parent/guardian signs the official Registration Contract and pays the relevant fees. When a year level is full, a waiting list is established. As vacancies occur, students are placed in classes according to the date of their original application to the Admissions Office.

Fees & Other Costs for the 2016-17 School Year

Application Fee

The 1000 RMB application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment of the application fee does not constitute registration of enrolment.

Tuition Fee

The Tuition Fee is comprehensive and includes the cost of textbooks, stationery, art supplies, music, art and PE specialist lessons, field trips (up to 1500/student/year) and a Yearbook. Lunches, uniforms and daily transport are not included in the Tuition Fee.

Fees are paid annually or by semester. The Tuition Fee is invoiced by semester. A full semester payment is due in advance for any attendance in a given semester. Students who enroll mid-semester are invoiced on a pro-rata (month-by-month) basis. Group and Corporate discounts are available. The discount for a second child is 5%. The discount for a third, or subsequent child is 10%.

Payment Dates

Tuition for Semester 1 : Before 15^th June every year

Tuition for Semester 2 : Before 15^th December every year

Lunch and Transport fees are payable with Tuition fee. Invoices for Tuition, Lunch and Transport are issued 30 days before the due date.

Late & Non-Payment

Payment received after the above due date will be subject to a late fee of 2% on the outstanding amount.

Payment Currency & Methods

All fees and costs are quoted in RMB only. Parents and companies may pay in USD, HKD or RMB. 
A transaction fee of 2% will be applied to payments made in US or HK Dollars. Payment can be made by Telegraphic or Electronic Transfer, Bank Draft, cheque and cash deposit into our accounts. Parents/guardians/companies are asked to ensure that the student’s name and class are referenced on the remittance or cheque to enable the school to credit the student’s account.

The school must receive the full amount. All bank charges related to the payment must be paid by the remitter. Payment for Tuition Fees and other costs must be paid into one of the listed bank accounts below or paid directly to the Finance Office.

Refund

Tuition Fees can only be refunded on a quarterly basis. A written notification of withdrawal is required for application for refund of the school fees paid.
