1. Visiting Section

Parents could make an appointment of visiting the school campus (We suggest every Monday morning is the best time to visit)

2. Application Section

2.1 Parents submit the completed application form

2.2 Parents submit the required documentation

     *Copy of the front page of passport and visa page of parents/guardian’s passports

     *Copy of the front page of passport and visa page of child/children

     *One passport size picture of student to attach to the Application Form for Admission

     *Official school records/reports from the previous two school years

     *A copy of vaccination card and any other medical report

2.3 Parents pay non-refundable application fee - 1000 RMB

2.4 The Admissions Office reviews all paperwork and arranges admission tests/assessments

3. Enrollment Section

3.1 Parents are informed of school’s decision and tuition fees (1-2 weeks after interview)

3.2 The Admission Office sends e-mail to parents

     *Acceptance letter

     *School provides invoice for school fees (tuition fee, lunch fee, school bus fee)

     *Bank account information

3.3 Payment is made to the school after receipt of this e-mail and payment should be made on time or in one week.

4. Completing Payment

4.1 Parents are informed of completed payment and purchase school uniform

4.2 The Admission Office sends e-mail to parents with the following information within one week when payment has been completed.

     *School calendar 

     *The preparation list

     *School bus information (pick up place, pick up time, the picture of pick up place)
